Can I bring my own tire?
Yes. Plenty of riders buy online and bring the tire in. We will mount and balance whatever you show up with.
Do you work on custom or painted rims?
Yes, and they get handled accordingly. Painted and powder-coated rims are where careless tire work does visible damage, so those come off and go back on deliberately.
How long does a tire change take?
Most tire jobs are finished the same day. If you ride in during open hours and the shop is not backed up, it is often a wait-for-it job.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Blackwood Cycles is a walk-in shop. Ride in any day except Sunday between 10AM and 9PM.
